Airport Pickup

• We use refrigerated trucks to pick up goods from customers’ airports throughout the entire process
• Check flight information for guests in advance
• Preparation of documents related to delivery
• Check-in and document processing at the airport
• When picking up the goods, first go to the Customs and the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department to go through the relevant customs clearance procedures
• Pick up the goods and return them to the warehouse, and properly organize and store them in a warehouse with suitable temperature (frozen 18°C, refrigerated 0-4°C)

Cargo Management

• We provide customers with locker pulling and unpacking services
• Cargo inventory and inspection services, if there is any abnormality, immediately notify the customer to deal with it
• Arrange returns or deliveries for customers
• Provide customers with arrangements and processing for the destruction of out-of-stock or expired goods

• We provide electronic ordering services, customers can place orders via email, WhatsApp or fax
• We also provide instant order modification services to our customers
• Provide instant order delivery services according to customer needs
• According to customer needs, we can also provide customers with 24-hour delivery service

• Date, relabel or change label services
